For years, I have valued the quality of Singh-Ray filters. I own many of them. A couple of years ago, I was ready to place an order when I learned of the death of the original owners. I recently sent an email asking if products were being shipped and was told they would begin shipping soon.
I ordered a Darly Bensen 3-stop reverse graduated neutral density filter and received but discovered a defect. In contacting them, they apologized and immediately offered a replacement. In a few days, they fulfilled that promise and included a prepaid mailer to return the defective piece. I am so glad they are back in business and committed to the same customer service and quality as the original owners!
