I purchased a Vari-N-Duo filter a number of years ago and either a moisture issue or heat damage occurred that made the filter unusable. I contacted the factory to find out if the filter could be repaired and sent it to them for review. I fully expected to be charged for the repair since it was an older filter. What I received was a new filter at no charge. Singh-Ray filters are not inexpensive but the quality is excellent and the company stands behind their products. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.
